The staff was efficient, there was a public parking. For dinner, we went to Finch of Amazing Diner, it was 4-6 minutes walking distance the venue. We took a standard twin room and it had climate control, a private safe and a small fridge. The stay was comfortable, would recommend.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Staff is helpful and the location is nice. Hosui-Susukino subway stop is easy walk to the place, some 10 minutes on foot😀

Staying next to many tourist locations and within 10 mins walk from odori park. Room was very spacious. Umi hachikyo honten, where you can eat, is a short walk to the hotel.
